Care Provider(s) Needed for Woman with Disabilities

Pathlight is currently seeking a Care Provider for a woman in her late 30’s, “V.” As V. is active in her community and wishes to maintain her local connections, we are looking for a person or couple in the Holyoke/Chicopee area only. V. works Monday through Friday, and has a community companion she enjoys going out with.  Her interests (to name a few) include shopping, theater, music, dancing, painting, and technology.

Ideal candidates would have skills in working with this population (though not necessary), and would be able to establish good routines, set reasonable limits, and provide an active and healthy lifestyle. Care Providers receive a generous tax-free stipend, training, case management supports, and respite. An open heart, reliability, maturity, and flexibility are required.
